Short biography: Professor Paul Cadman is a Birmingham entrepreneur, Group CEO of One Thousand Trades Group and a visiting professor of entrepreneurship at Birmingham City University. He left school unable to read or write, then served with West Midlands Fire Service before building businesses that create jobs and fund employment support. He also chairs Birmingham Youth Sports Academy and has made more than 200 plasma donations.
